Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges

Shipping Info 
We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control . All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS

• All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days. All international orders are shipped Priority International Mail . Priority Mail packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Ahsro company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Ahsro company will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. International Orders All international orders are shipped via USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. 
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. 
International orders can take 2-3 days processing time before shipping. 
International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK 
 
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
